The INDEX maintains an evolving catalogue of material and object archetypes, some unique and some ordinary, but all exceptional in their purpose, character and origin. The INDEX is concerned by the nature of impermanence and the alchemy that exists between raw materials, space and perception.
This endeavor is one of visual consideration & the creation of documents. Documents which are not meant to preserve the materials in any way, only to express an appreciation for their brevity, asymmetry and transient nature.
